Encouraging Pollution: The Perils of Liability Limits

Dyna Tuytel and Patrick Dyke
April 8, 2011

They present and critique the rationales for such statutes. Liability limits, they conclude, subsidize environmentally harmful activities and encourage risky behaviour.
